Red Rising by Pierce Brown
Awesome. Addicting. Great worldbuilding. The sharp, fast-paced, non-flowery writing style along with the interesting story makes it easy to keep your focus. This is the first in the series and everyone I know is obsessed.

Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman
This is another book I’ve read at least three times and I plan to read it again. You really get into Eleanor’s head and the whole time you’re trying to steer her in the right direction. You’ll also laugh out loud. This IMO is a masterpiece. For people on the spectrum or not. It makes you understand.
-
